That why I posted this thread, cause it was so fucking easy.
1. Stopped eating any and all fast food. Even when i was starving and in a hurry, and just wouldn't go to any drive ins.
2. Absolutely no soda, no candy.
3. No sugar in coffee
4. Jogged 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
5. Stopped drinking beer.
Thats it. And I ate whatever I wanted. Steaks, grill cheese, pizza, just no fast food.
YOU QUIT DRINKING BEER.. for fucks sake man.. the 20 lbs is worth it. or stick with the beer, and cut out the fast food and take 10 lbs in a month...
BUT DONT CUT OUT THE BEER!..
