That video makes me mad and sad ... mad because he's a non-violent person, smoking in his house, and they freaked him out with their no-knock BS. Sad because this could have been any one of us ...

There was flat out no reason to murder that guy NONE!

It looks like cold blooded murder to me. Every cop at that house needs to be charged and sent to prison. That was wrong. The guy didn't do anything and had no gun and no chance to do anything. They just walked in and shot him for no reason.

You're wrong, unless this was a high-profile warrant, which from what I read it wasn't. If this home had known gang activity or drug dealers, than I would agree with you, but the cops knew everything about this case, even that they person they were looking for moved. Epic fail on the cops, they should be charged for their crime.


If the situation were reversed, and a cop got shot because it wasn't obvious they were a cop, the guy would get life in prison. The cops kill this guy, and walk free. Total BS
