What are you going to do, Say if their car has broke down 500 meters up the road.

Would you leave your house to go help them and risk being robbed or your home taken over?

Or would you just leave them be?

And what about all those paniced people just coming round to see what's happened and to try and get some food etc.

You're in a city, how are you going to manage getting out of it when everyone else is going to do the same, etc.
