or is it just a lie? their milk taste different than other non organic milks...so I'm not really sure :/

Read the rules on what can be classified as "organic". Then, study up on what homogenized. Then, learn what pasteurization is,the various levels of pasteurization, and what a product goes through to become pasteurized.
