Your right! I saw it too, pre-recorded. Him standing at the podium already. Probably to edit out the mistakes in case the teleprompter fizzled out. This show is getting cheezy.

Just to update - Yahoo issued no more breaking news alerts after the one's I posted. Not a single thing during or after the speech. I think someone read the leaked speech and jumped the gun on the alerts.
