That was God farting....Bad gas i guess.

It's known to be a grounding prevention method, they use, if they were to ground completely they would lose thier prerpultion. The flash you saw was their charge they activated in order to lift off and take off so abruptly, probably happened because there were reports of the craft being shot at.
This is defiantly a very interesting video. To me it appears to not be a hoax. There were many reports of it. Hope this was helpful explaining the light flashes.

check when the flash occurs arounf 1.15 first the whole sky lights up and then the second flash downwards propels the vehicle upwards! The flash is crucial here I believe, very difficult to fake the first flash.

LOL. Nice. I also notice the same type of beams from the idol clip (above) in the movie Skyline...So, I simply compared these clips with the clip of the UFO in question here and their relation to Bluebeam, HAARP and every other
theory I've read on here including the Hollywood providing hints and such that we've all seen in threads. It's really not that hard to understand the point I was making with the American Idol clip. (if you use your brain)
