They used to be assimilated with regularity in manageable numbers, not disrupting the country too much. Please forgive this, but in my lifelong experience as a border state resident, I find that the men are just too violent and vengeful and treat women with much disrespect overall.

I agree with what you said. Plus, isn't there some country where Teachers make the highest and second highest salaries of all jobs? What's wrong with that concept?!? (I am not a teacher, but education of our children is too important).
