If you look up the context you will find it, it is the basis of your country's enslavement!

That was were the confusion lay. You said "law" and Presidential Directives and Executive Orders are not laws. While some may give them the weight of law, nothing originating in the Executive, unless passed by both houses of Congress, is a law, therefore I ignore them.

The President can sign whatever he wants and claim it is a "law" but that does not make it binding to anyone outside of the Executive Branch.
