3. Base your eating on your activity level for the day
4. Remember you are what you eat
5. Dont buy a bunch a donuts and other delicious shit foods to tempt you at the house

7. Drink about 48 glassee of water a day
8. Exercise..
9. Move your fucking body
10. Eat what nature provided..fresh fruits and veges
11. Dont eat alot of fatty red meat
12. Move your fuckin ass
13. Try to decrease the stress in your life
14. Say no to donuts
15. Dont think because u worked out hard that you deserve muffin..because you dont.
