Thread: HOW TO GET INTO HEAVEN: THE LIST! PLEASE HELP ME REDUCE IT!

No the Muslims are most certainly NOT the children of God. We don't become children of God until after we are adopted through faith in Jesus. Muslims, like anyone else who is not a Christian, is a child of their father Satan. Those are the facts of Scripture.
 Quoting: Briarcliffe 1251174

What does it take for Muslims to have faith in Jesus? They do afterall believe that Jesus was born of the virgin Mary miraculously, and was helped by the Holy Spirit, and performed miracles in the name of God and all that.

Furthermore, Jesus was said to have spoken Aramaic, which is related to Arabic, and the word for God in Aramaic is Ellah and the word for God in Arabic is Allah. The older semitic language was Akkadian, and the word for God there was Allah and had the same roots which were retained in Arabic. They were pronounced the same in all these languages.

Jesus is known as the "pais" of God in Greek, which has been translated by most as son, but can alternatively be translated as servant, minister to a king which is the way the muslims take it. The word huios is used for a literal son, and is never claimed by Jesus himself, while it is used throughout the New Testament to denote his ancestry.

Meanwhile, the way that Jesus worshipped God is recorded in one part of the Bible and it is the way Muslims worship God to this day and the way ancient Jews did as well as ancient Akkadians and people around the world. This style of worship is only retained in Islam.

Furthermore, the standard Muslim greeting is Peace be with you, which is also the way Jesus greeted his disciples.

So what does it take for you to say that they are followers of Jesus who have faith in him and his teachings?

The Muslims deny the trinity, stating instead God is one, and they deny that God has any literal children, but rather that God is the ultimate and all powerful and that Satan is the enemy.

So how are they children of Satan?

They use the word for God that Jesus himself is said to have used due to the closely related language being used.

The oldest version of the word is Allah. It has the root meaning of Beyond, Powerful, One. It is genderless, it represents the ultimate God, you can look at an akkadian lexicon to see that Arabic still retains the roots and sounds most closely.

What about this:

The Greatest Commandment
28 One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”
29 “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.[e] 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’[f] 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[g] There is no commandment greater than these.”

32 “Well said, teacher,” the man replied. “You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. 33 To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.”

34 When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.

Reference to this:

Here ya go ~ 4“Hear, O Yisra’el: our Elohim, is one! 5“And you shall love your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your might. 6“And these Wordsg which I am com- manding you today shall be in your heart, 7and you shall impress them upon your children, and shall speak of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up, 8and shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9“And you shall write them on the door- posts of your house and on your gates.
