Oh, "give me a break part," The freezing rains ice up the power-lines. they become heavy and snap, then of course no power, and people parish. not saying this to be mean, just explaining a variable in the equation.

How much ice do you need on a 1/4 inch steel cable to make it snap? Let's say all the ice is in one block in the middle of the span. How heavy does it have to be?
