Affirmative Action Laws, nulled. Federal oversight of Child Support Collection, nulled. Federal Gun Regulations, nulled. The 37 states that existed at the time of the civil war existed in common law. All "federal territories" that became states later... never had their foundation in common law. Living on the east coast... I sometimes forget this. If Arizona secedes... they have no common law to fall back on. To keep the laws of the federal territory... would keep them under the feds thumb. The obvious choice is to introduce common law.. but there are no guarantees. |
