Yup ,,

It's called

"reverse discrimination" dude.

I had this happen to me a long time ago.

The employer gets "credits" or funding for "training" if they hire "minorities".

So basically the govt. is paying for part of their salary or wages.

No company in their right mind could turn this offer down.

AND

As well, there are minority hiring "quotas" yhay must be followed as well. IE so many minority per whites. Same with women too.

Man if you are a black woman,, you can get pretty much whatever you want if you look in the right places for "assistance"

it's sad man,,, we (white males) are becoming the minority in business now.
