Yes it's a "ghost" caused by two frequencies (bleed) overlapping. It's a live satellite broadcast and the connection is basically line of sight. Anyone using a dish for your TV? So if they aren't perfectly aimed you'll get a crappy ghosty picture bleed. It happened all the time in the 50s, 60s and 70s on regular TV too.  Move along ghostards... |

In fact, there are several dots of dirt across the screen having exactly the same movement as well. It's dirt on the helicopter's window because the camera moved. |
