It seemed to be a reflection of something within the camera. I would not call this a ghost. It happens with regular filming at times. Get enough glare in there and it'll reflect something that appears like a figure but it is not.

And this is coming from someone who does believe in ghosts and the appearance of things of a spiritual origin (not just hoaxed ones).

I'm calling this one a fake but not an intended one. Just a common reaction in how the film handles glare from the lights.
