I can tell you this. I used to watch very graphic images like this when I was younger and what I found was that I thought they didn't bother me, until I encountered situations in my own life that were stressful, and it was at these vulnerable times when my defenses were lower that those images and the thought fear and terror patterns that were imprinted in my brain from these images started to affect me.
I'm not saying not to watch them, just to be aware about what they do to you before watching them, and if you think that they do nothing, please think it through again.
