Bottom one has no data, hence the 9. And it's shows the -9999.9 to easily tell which it is, because the solar wind can actually have a density of 0. A lot of reasons why that happens, not going to go into them. there is never a zero density, it's just beyond measurable limits. saying it is zero is like saying the sun stops are there is no wind. the air is ALWAYS moving, even if we can't feel it or measure it
