Declaration of Independence before the Super Bowl
Did anyone catch that! Caught me off guard for sure. Collen Powell, President of the National football league, many players such as Drew Breeze, several branches of the armed forces, all took turns deciphering the entire declaration. IT WAS AMAZING!

I'm sure that stirred a hornets next in DC and especially in Britain.

If they had their way, or knew about it in advance, something tells me they wouldn't have allowed it. I BET THEY ARE PISSED!

Anyone know where we could find that clip for linking?

Thanks

I couldn't believe it!

I was expecting Janet Napolitano to pop up any minute to say, "But the world changed after 9/11, and Declaration of Independece is now an antiquated old peice of paper..."

But WHY? Why would the broadcast something so patriotic and something that harkens back to the nation's roots?

The whole theme was FREEDOM. I kept thinking, "What freedom?"

Oh yeah, did anyone catch the Audi commercial with a huge luxurious mansion like prison full of rich elite? That was equally amazing. Almost shit myself. Youtube link for that is a must.

There were a few others, Chrysler had some good ones with "Chrysler, Imported from Detroit" at the end. lol ..and we all remember the Challengers chasing the Red Coats around the battle field.

Chrysler also had one with some horde attacking a bunch of pandas within a castle wall. The elite lead dragon got cursed by the pandas by drinking a Coke...then started blowing out fireworks as the pandas laughed it off...lol.

Dodge had one ending with "Strength comes in numbers". A+

Jeep had one and their slogan was, "Built by the people for the people".

There were several commercials with British actors in it that didn't make any sense at all to me. Cram it and Home away or some shit.

anyway, quite the patriotic football game.

A+ to those involved with spreading love of country.

We are free. Brainwashing started to make people feel like sheep, but its wearing off in massive layers. Just look at all the law suits against the FED and Washington the last two weeks.

The Audi commercials are A+++++.

The one where the guy sends the email "reply all" and then smashes everyone's computers and phones. Very funny.

The rest was just consumer-programming and brainwashing yuppie crap.

Especially Pepsi Max. Pure cancer-causing GARBAGE.

Reciting the Declaration of Independence was kind of meaningless due to the Super Bowl security this year which included pat downs of not only those attending the game those outside stadium, presumably tailgate partiers happy to share food while listening to the game also had to submit.

Re: Declaration of Independence before the Super Bowl
You know, Im a Chevy guy. I have some bad ass Chevy vehicles. REALLY bad. But I fear I'm going to sell one and buy a new Chrysler. Maybe a new blown Challenger. At least until the country un'hijacks GM from the thieves that actually freakin 'stole it' from its owners/shareholders. They really did that I believe because GM had a bunch of technological breakthroughs they were working on, the leets want to control them. They did it before when BP bought Solarex. Solarex had a two year jump on the rest of the Industry. When they came back online they were a year or more back....

Anyway, even when the day comes that it is given back I will still by Chrysler. They deserve it. A+ for Chrysler/Jeep.

Any vid links for those? How cool. WE missed the opening before the game. With the TSA searching people coming into the stadium, a recitation of the Declaration of Independence is like a shot across the bow.

Two different issues totally disconnected. The Declaration was we the people sending a FUCK OFF, BEWARE, and DON'T MAKE US KICK YOUR ASS AGAIN message to our attempting captors.

Pat downs, well folks could have said NO ITS ILLEGAL as I'm sure many did. Pat downs are nothing more than attempted sheep conditioning and you can pat down an NFL crowd all day long, wont change a thing. Those people are Americans to the core.
