This is a conspiracy site, an alt news forum, a good sized one, where a lot of voices that would not otherwise would be heard are albe to speak out and it is very easy to use, no registeration, screening and the like, they have issues here with attacks and i did not like the way it went down, maybe they had to make it seem like it was going out for good, maybe it was just hype to put in upgrades, The benefit outweighs the crap, and the posters are often saner than the mods. though emotions get the best of a lot.

THERE is no LOYALTY to a site, especially when there was good evidence on facebook that it was gone for good.
i suspect that this thing was really, really close to being gone forever, toast, and somehow they came to their senses, after a lot of convincing minds were changed.
Of course i am horrified to hear about threats and hope those are caught and punished. but sadly the disclaimer "don't believe a damn word you read on this website." will always ring through.
in a way that is good, makes u investigate.
Oh and if certain topics and words and stories are banned here they have that right,
That is why the world is full of other istes and the story is there, that's what makes free speech so good.

The lack of clear boundaries, heightens the risk, the drama the emotional charge, that is how glp keepitself going, when someone is banned they don't go whatever, you suck anyway. they get proxies, troll even more and get in good then boom out again, As for the legend of glp, who cares!!!
banning is a great conspiracy, the best ones usually involve your friends and family, coorinating the intervention, or your job, getting shfted out of your position, etc. not governments and secret agents

To be honest, I have no idea what transpired over the weekend. I only tried to log on SUnday night and got the strange biblical quotation page and the farewell file which I didn't download.

When next I tried to log on there was no problem and I checked out Trin's message as to the reason.

After many hours, I posted a thread asking about the offer upgrade and if anyone had yet received it. Bang! Instantly, the message was deleted and my IP banned. I made a further comment later on another thread explaining this and suggesting the IP ban was a bit harsh.

Within moments, the post was deleted from the thread and my Ip and Email were both then banned. Now, I found this very strange as I was in no way trolling or being disruptive in any shape or form, but have since discovered that things have been decidely strange since the return of GLP. To whit, many regitards have been banned and one thread from a particularly whiny Englishman was finally deleted, even after posts from some of the mods which appeared to ridicule the said poster.

Something definitely seems to be up here and I fully expect this post to be deleted and my Ip banned yet again.

well one of the mods who I thought was one of the worst, is no longer a mod. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder since reopening, insulting a lot of the posters in his replies. Darwin at work I guess. ;)
