The size of our planet, placement of the earth in the solar system, a large enough moon, water, oxygen, and finally actually have cells to evolve. Then we all had to evolve to the perfect specifications that life needed. Cells had to evolve to be bees or we wouldn't have flowers ect....

And cells wouldn't exist because cells could not have come out of a lifeless universe. It is scientifically impossible for life to come from non life.

If they don't have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and their focus is "religion" then I can see your confusion.
