Dream manipulation is in the subconscious mind of the dreamer. What I control is the ability to lock onto a person an then I send various thoughts and images to their mind, often they will have a dream but they will choose how to put the information together. If that does not seem to have an effect, I think of a strong emotion as I send the image.
