It say Palestine on all the old maps I googled. All of them, going back thousands of years right up to today. Only today it is a tiny speck, it used to be huge.

Why would Israel appear on a roman map? At the time there was no Israel, there was Judea, Galille, and Samaria. Israel disappeared roughly 600 years earlier when the asstyrians conquered them.
