Ive been a rush fan since listening to 2112 on 8-track. Did you like the newest documentary? It was amazing.

Thanks people for all the appreciation. Rush is truly a legendary band that spans the generations. They are worth this kind of attention, and they are the influence of many modern day bands. I am very picky and Rush is one of the few bands I would bow down to, and they are not the egomaniacs that the Stones and Pink Floyd, et al. are. They are very humble and for that I love them infinitely more.

After say.....Subdivisions, it started getting funny if you know what I mean. I mean it was Rush but then again it wasn't true Rush as us hard core fans knew them as, belting out Tom Sayer, Free Will, or Fly by Night. BTW, I don't know how many hours I would spend learning the whole Hemispheres album or learning yyz ect at nights on bass.

They were one of the reasons I learned to play bass.
