Great job by Leland Vittert, Fox news in Cairo, in the crowd after the resignation of President Mubarak.
4:30 mark: Crowd is chanting ?Egypt, Egypt, Egypt?. Vittert asks a young man ?What do you think of America??
The crowd gets quiet and the young man says ? 50/50, the American people. Not the American system (meaning the U.S. government), it causes oppression all the time. But we love the American people.?
Vitter asks ?What do you want?? Young man answers ?I want from, to get, to be the freedom. To be the really freedom. What is happening in Iraq. Is this freedom?
Another young man responds ?We want America to not subvert any other (inaudible) because it supported Mubarak for a long, for a long time. We want America to support the freedom, not the oppressors. We get our freedom by our hand, not from, by the board (? ) of America. We are the Egyptian people (inaudible) again.
Asks another what they want ? Freedom!? The crowds then chants, Freedom, Freedom, Freedom?
Another clip later on Fox of a well spoken, young, Egyptian women. We want not just Tunisia, not just Egypt. We want every other Arab country to go through this. Real democracy, freedom, dignity, human rights.?
Every Every human being yearns to be free.
It is in our DNA. The spirit of freedom is in the air, everywhere, around the world. The American people must help our Egyptian brethren to correctly constitute and establish their government to help them avoid the pitfalls we have experienced. The Egyptian people exercised their inalienable right to throw off oppressive government as described in The Declaration of Independence:
?That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.?
Every human being has the inalienable right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness as so recognized by our forefathers in the Declaration of Independence 235 years ago. Will the revolutions in the Middle east kindle the flame of liberty inside each American? Will the American people stand up, reclaim and restore our Republic and be the shining beacon of freedom and liberty to the world? May God help us to be the people we CAN be. |

As long as we exist within duality and separate ourselves from our higher consciousness, forever believing that the creator is the ultimate authority in the universe and that we cannot ever be a part of that creative process so that we must always rely on something above us we will be forever trapped within and never transcend this dimension. I am a human spiritual being and I am united with fellow human beings that are unjustly treated. This truth should be self evident. |
