Looks like a Sphere  You know what that reminds me of? Spheres around the Sun, Spheres in Movies/Shows (Day the Earth stood still, Knowing, The 4400....etc.) It comes down from the Top, seems to keep different positions for minutes or you would have some motion blur if it would be moving very fast. Nice find OP!
