I have read that he is 100% accurate but I myself do not know if it is true or not. Here is an interesting note on this subject from 5 doves..

Regarding the true prophet status of Kenyan Dr, Owuor and readers' questions, as I said, I am not sure about him, but I posted the message because many people do endorse him and the message was so relevant and lined up with what we have heard elsewhere.

One reader wrote of one particular prophecy of Dr. Owuor that did not come to pass and she thought that would disqualify him as a true prophet.

My answer was that an Old Testament prophet had to be 100% perfect, but I do not see that criterion for a New Testament prophet. Otherwise, why would Paul write, "Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others judge" (1 Cor. 14:29). The OT prophets spoke and wrote what would become God's infallible Word, but that is not true for NT prophets.

I am open to the possibility that the good doctor may be a prophet but a fallible one. So, let us "judge." As I understand it, a false prophet in the NT sense is one who denies Christ and the gospel, which he certainly does not do.

By the way, "prophet" is a valid office in the New Testament church, a fact often ignored by our human and denominational traditions. "He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry" (Ephesians 4:11-12, NKJV). It is not all about predicting. To determine their duties, one must study their activities in the book of Acts.

I am shocked with the way people respond recklessly about Prophet Dr David Owour.From the Bible prophets were rejected and God knew it even when he sent Jeremiah his prophet but commanded him to deliver the message despite opposition.
I tremble and fear when people talk ill of Him.He is a true Prophet Of Jehovah God.why?
(1) He directs the church to the coming Messiah
(2) His prophesies are backed with the bible
(3) He preaches against sin in the church e.g The prosperity gospel which i believe is not from God,amongst others.
(4)He made the prophesies about Tsunami,Chile earth quake,Haiti earth quake,Kenya Post election violence among so many others and it all came to pass.
(5)About rider of the Pale horses in Egypt,he has being preaching about it before we saw it in CNN and other media houses.
(6) Have seen people test HIV negative after prayers and even see Gods glory in His meetings.More specifically in Nakuru,Kericho,Kakamega,Kisumu among others.
He is Gods most High Prophet.
My advice take your time and study this very humble prophet of God who hates sin,blessings.

I didn't even know this about the pale horse thing until you mentioned it...The description of the horse isnt perfect though, according to the video but it's still a bit trippy not sure what to make of it all knowing that god has been guiding my life even though i'm not religious. I personally do not believe the story of jesus...not the way it is told in the bible anyway, and I do believe the scripture has been "doctored" or manipulated if you will...I dunno anymore, I hate all the deception and confusion and will be glad when i'm finally shown the truth....ABSOLUTE

Well, just look at all the old school prophets/disciples and instruments that god used...They were all serious mental cases...They were all unclean and serious so called sinners. So according to scripture, yes...the holy spirit speaks to us even though we are unclean and unholy. You think you have to be infallable and perfect for god or the holy spirit to be able to speak to you...What would be the point of that?

Well, the description he gave of the so called 4th horsesman was off a bit to be accurate so I don't personally believe the video to be legit in correlation but I did think it was interesting...interesting enough to share anyway.

99% of the vids here are either fake or based on how the brain associated things. People tend to see what they want to see. For example we know about the tr3b and still you see a triangle "Ufo" vid daily.

I like what you said....and well said because I was once like you and nobody could have convinced me to believe but one day things got to a climax.I lost everything I held dearly to my heart... I resorted to suicide...but a miracle happened.I just will not die....I remeber I fell on my face and I cried out LORD IF YOU ARE GOD AND IF YOU ARE REAL! SAVE ME AND I WILL FOLLOW YOU ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE!..Instantly I felt the hand of God ON ME....I was crying and kinda like levitating experience but I was so happy on the inside..it was the wierdest experience but beautiful.

What is this messiahs are us? How many Christs, Queens of the universe, Prophets of God and Archangel Michaels are there on this forum? It's getting pretty crowded in here. How come there are never a dozen Buddha's and Krishna's running around?

I have studied the issue as well and am Post-Trib. God does not condemn anyone for theological understanding or misunderstanding. Salvation is by faith in Christ, not faith in Baptism, Methodism, Pentecostalism, Catholicism, Anglicanism, or other isms. -ISMs are not salvific.

How can you call this man "The Demon" who deceives man about his prophecies and miracles. Most of his messages consists of repenting the sins of the world and turn our eyes back to God. The Demon might deceive us but he will never ask you to repent your sins. This man has done a great service to our Lord. Instead of judging him, why not do the same thing he does... be an instrument of God that will the lead people to repent their sins. think of how many souls can be save. Jesus came to this world not judge but to save us. He will do it again in the second coming.

(1)He is referred to as "lord" by his followers and he is "ok" with it.
(2)He orders his followers to kneel down and repent before him
(3)He preaches against prosperity but he moves around in utter show of wealth and opulence and security like a king
(4)He "changes" his prophesies and edits them so that they fit the presumed predicted event
(5)engages in psychological mind manipulation by wearing "white robes", keeping a stupid dirty beard etc so that he looks "striking" and "sensational"

One false prophecy after another.
Why do Christians even listen to this man anymore?
If he is a sincere Christian, why is he not questioning
to himself, the origins of all these false prophecies?
Something is not right with this picture.
