what does that mean?

We are still rolling..12 hr predictions are looking for a Kp of 6 within the next few hrs. We are currently at Kp5.

Solar wind speed hitting 560km/s

Hot ions too....

If we hit a Kp of 7 we will be having a Geomagnetic storm level 3.

how bad would that be?

Increase that Dens., and turn that T/K up...push that Bz -, and we will be cookin with gas!

I don't know why but i have a strande feeling that if we hit Kp 7 the Bz will go bloody red negative...

Yeah, probably so...it's probably from sunpot 1161 too.

Now we can check out Lasco C2 images to see if it discharged a CME also.
