"Currently, cloud-seeding projects designed to increase rainfall from convective cloud towers are conducted in nearly 31 million acres of Texas (or almost one-fifth of the state’s land area). In administering the Texas Weather Modification Act (enacted by the Texas Legislature in 1967), TDLR’s weather modification program issues licenses and permits for these projects, many of which have been in existence since 2000. The projects use specialized aircraft and sophisticated weather radar systems, operated by skilled meteorologists, at sites near Amarillo, Plains, Pecos, San Angelo, and Pleasanton. What you don't see is what the aerosols are doing to real moisture clouds. Many never bother to look and notice the aerosols destruction of real moisture laden clouds.

The aerosols leaves flat thin see thru veil of chemicals. These aerosols can not produce moisture because its a moisture reducer. The planes exhaust create a chemical blanket, it can't make clouds. Go look at the weather systems today.

Ever watch the aerosols and clouds together? Probably not. Most don't have a clue and your one of them.

I recommend that Chem-trails be cut from the nations budget.

How do you know they are at low altitudes? have you measured it, have you checked an ADS-B radar stream?
