Anyway I think it is in Michigan, the area that keeps getting updated on Youtube. Quoting: MovingExpect that crack to get bigger, much bigger. So big that it drains the Great Lakes into the gulf, And devastating everything in its path downward. Think about it, Ships and drilling platforms appear, And now they're getting quakes in Arkansas... |

Even it does happen it the damage will be minimal. The US has good building codes. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1214818The largest earthquake to ever hit the mainland United States occurred in the central part of the Mississippi River Valley between December 16, 1811, and March 15, 1812. Collectively called the New Madrid Earthquake of 1811–1812 (or the Great New Madrid Earthquake of 1811–1812), the event was actually a series of over 2,000 shocks, five of which were 8.0 or more in magnitude. It was the largest burst of seismic energy east of the Rocky Mountains in United States history up to that time and was several times larger than the San Francisco quake of 1905. These earthquakes were also the highest number of closely spaced, large seismic events to occur in United States’ geological history. The effects were felt everywhere across the continent, from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico, and from the Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic coast. Read more: [link to www.answers.com] |

Even it does happen it the damage will be minimal. The US has good building codes. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1214818You are partly right. Most structures in the New Madrid fault area don't have retro fitting for earthquakes or eq's taken into account for their design. California and those close to it, its a different story. They are required by law to 'earthquake proof' structures. If a mag 8 happens in this day and time in the same areas as the swarm of many years ago, I couldn't begin to fathom the damage and loss of life. Memphis would probably no longer exist and most cities adjacent would face the same thing. It's horrible to think about . :/ |

These tubes run to Yellowstone and the New Madrid Fault. What they really want to kill is the pesky Bible Belt. Those Christians make especially good sacrifices to Baal and Mollach They really believe if they don't send the Christians to Hell, then the Christians will live to send them to Hell. So they are in a big rush now. |
