Just recently received several memos in email, as well as a typed letter that is sealed "not to be opened" until August 26th. It has the seal of the Department of Homeland Security, and the DOD. It was an envelope with instructions about NOT to open the letter until the 26th.
The memos floating around work and with my co-workers (I work for FEMA) is that we need to start assembling our teams for some major event about to happen. Everyone I work with (all field agents) have gotten this letter.
I am dying to find out but they said if this gets leaked they will terminate employment if they track it back down to you.
I´m so dying to open it up. But one of my co-workers is a female named shall we say "Donna" and she said she´s going to open it ahead of time.
She´s nuts!
All I know so far is that my boss said to get my gear "packed" for status red. Meaning I´m going to be away from home for a long time. I wonder where the hell I´m going.
Anyone got any info on something big happening soon? |

Claiming to be an agent of a Federal institution when you are not is a class A felony.

First of all, I don´t believe you´re FEMA.
Second, if you are, then decide who´s fucking side you´re on and OPEN THE FUCKING LETTER! Or, is "Donna" got more balls than you do. We´re Americans, REMEMBER?? It´s your superiors that are UN-AMERICAN, or they would never allow ANYTHING TO HAPPEN in the first place.

It is a felony when you are actually impersonating someone in public to obtain information or to invade someone´s rights. This is no where near a felony. Maybe you should go back to highschool law class or something.
Anyway, go ahead and try your scare tactics on someone else. This is serious stuff. Do people really want to know the truth or what? If I can warn anyone I will. Besides my identity is completely covered here. Nobody could find me if they wanted to.
I´ve got the backing of the entire Gov behind me, and you just some 3rd grade knowledge of the law. |

You are horribly naive if you believe you couldn´t be found in an instant. Certainly your computer...and more likely the actual terminal or home location.

Names, dates, places, and methods. Put up or shut up.

And you need to reexamine the law as regards impersonation of a Federal officer. You might be very surprised. IF you ARE a Federal official though, then you´ve got nothing to worry about legally. It´s not so unusual that his Id number may have changed. Many computer servers operate on a rotating connection. Dialup users will often get assigned a new ID number also.
If he is what he claims, then having multiple servers to post his messages would be the first of many precautions that he OUGHT to take. |
