God did not himself create Evil. According the the Christian Religion, Adam and Eve were the first to sin, God did not choose this or make them to do this because God chooses to not mess with free will.

He let's us make our own choices, for if he fixed everything we did wrong, we would learn nothing from our mistakes.

God did not create the Devil. Satan was an angel in Heaven who wanted the power God did, so God banished him from Heaven to Hell, which God did create, but God did not make the Devil evil or what Hell actually is.(Fire, torture, etc)
