good question... im still really confused why i cared more about the Australian flood than i did hurricane Katrina...
ive never even been to Australia.. but ive been to New Orleans like 3-4 times!
i think it has to do with the media.. and how the people they interview react.. if you can identify with them or not.
i cant identify with Haitians.. they might as well be from Mars from my perspective.
