No, that was global conciousness - which was fully implemented March 7. I.e. we are now all linked in a global way e.g. through the internet. This next and final cycle is the universal cycle which started march 8, where the galactic conciousness will be implemented (first contact) and where the foundations for universal conciousness will be laid.
