How Do You Report suspected gasoline Price Gouging ??

"Free Enterprise" can charge W/e it wants go some where else.

When gas station owners gets a delivery, jobbers (gasoline distributor not the gas company) will charge them in three days. Then they EFT out the money directly from the gas station owners. Until then many gas station owners have to guess how much the gas price is.

Your statement sounds like the station owner was guessing how much it went up in the afternoon then found out later that afternoon. So it looks like the station owner raised gas price twice a day.

It's almost never gas station owners intensions to raise gas price. Think about it, if you raise your price and all other gas station didn't, then you can't compete. Almost all gas station owners prefers lower pirce than others.

Don't blame on the small guys man. They have no power over anything. Government rips them off, people come in and steal, they get robbed all the time, and their own employees steals. Small business owners of US today are quite miserable now a days.

Your gas only went up 10 cents? Ours went up 20...

lol you realize there is no one to report it to right?
They could in theory charge you $20 and there isn't anything you could do about it.
Except of course no one would buy it off them.

Think of this for an example, you drive past and the price says $3.
You go in fill it up go in to pay and they say "oh sorry its changed to $20 since then".
You have to pay lol

u could bitch to the feds for $0.184 per gallon tax and the 0.312 per gallon the state of PA charges, but I don't think they will listen.

Most Americans think this is gouging.
