I feel like I'm going to spontaneous combust or something! I think the covers hold the intense heat inside the bed. I sleep at 58-60 degrees and only use a light blanket, even though I have a foot of frozen snow outside and the temp last night was 6 degrees! btw, I live in an extreme rural area but the night sweats have been going on for years now. Its horrible. |
