Interesting and strange indeed. What has always puzzled me is that we are told the moon doesn't rotate, so we always see the same side of the moon. But how does that explain the craters that we can see? Doesn't that mean the whatever caused those craters came from Earth? Or just made it around Earth and struck the Moon?
