OP Here.

I was shocked to see this old thread getting bumped after so many years haha. Since this time I have gone out on many dates and have attained much more experience with women and social dynamics. And when I look back at this original post, my descision and actions still stand firm with how I acted.

Let me tell you why: As an example, I met a girl online, and we talked on the phone for an hour + between multiple phone calls. We met for the first time and I did buy her dinner. But would I necessarily buy dinner for a girl I dont even know at all, no. And I've learned from this experience that I'd rather go dutch on some random girl who I dont even know asking for dinner compared to a girl I actually do know.

Now you guys can complain all you want about how I am not going to get any girl blah blah. It turns out, I met another girl recently and now I am in a relationship. She has a great career, a virgin, and we fight for who pays, its almost funny. I like an independant woman.

I've learned a lot in my short lived career hitting on random women, but I think i'll probably marry this one.

I am actually laughing at your comments, Not at everybody. But where was OP in all this? He eventually left the forum becuase he couldn't take the heat and he left everybody stirring in hatred and animosity and then what made me laugh even harder was that I already knew what was going to happen!That he would resurface with the BS that he posted. Proper etiquette is the person that invites the other person out should be the one that pays.

Asking someone to dinner or a date or a movie makes you the payer. If they ask you out, then they should pay.

I've been married 24 yrs now and still go out on dates with my husband. If I ask him out I pay, if he asks me out he pays. If we both mutually stop in some where to grab a snack when out paying bills on our days off, we both pay or one pays and the other leaves a good tip.

Your going to be lonely for many years unless you find sometimes you give and sometimes you take. It's life, a dance, learn to enjoy it.

As long as they have jobs then it's fair to ask them to pay. If they don't like the bad with the good, then I want to see them out of the workforce and back into the home.

Only thing is if us as men say that then we have the problem, and they will have heir choice of mangina if we are not game for their bullshit.
