ANYONE GO INFO ON THE BLACK BOXES PLACED AROUND CHRISTCHURCH CBD BEFORE LARGE QUAKE?

All this antarctic season the US has been taking huge loads down to the Antarctic from Christchurch which is their base to leave from. I have heard the season is being shortened because of the quake has broken ice down there. They reckon the quake effected them? Funny they never said that after the 7.1

I find it odd we have these quakes here and the whole CBD is shut down and this is the jump point for the antarctic ...

Near the epicenter of this large quake is a strange really expense new aerial, it is a low frequency and ham radio guys could not work out what it was for? It is below 50 htz or however you say that.

Oh forgot to say the it beams downwards, like into the ground, it is really weird.

Most likely an earthquake inducer.

The day before yesterday I was watching the live cams of Katla and surrounding volcanos in Iceland. On the first cam was Katla and all looked quiet till a light blast from beyond the mountains lit up the screen. I watched for a while and nothing more happened.

After that I changed to another cam and saw an SUV parked in the valley. I could make out two people walking up a ridge and nearly out of site. Then, moments later, they were walking back towards the camera in the direction of the parked SUV. Behind them a great blast lit up the sky from the ground right where they had come from.

The two men made haste to the SUV got in and started it up. They turned the headlights on and sat there a minute then they turned it sharply and drove like a bat out of hell right off the screen of the web cam.

I have been hearing of increased earthquake activity in Iceland and wondered if these guys had anything to do with what I saw on the cams. Both times what I saw was a blast of light from the ground. Have other people witnessed any blasts prior to earthquakes?

Before the quake for a few days all bird song had disappeared and there was an erry silence.

My girlfriend just told me her man had txted her from town and (CBD area) and the txt had arrived before she got the shake and yet she is closer to the hills and epicenter than he was ... this is very weird because quakes travel very quickly, only seconds to cross the city.

They were small, black, metal boxes. I saw them on a clip on the TV One News tonight (19 March).
