"The sole objective is to detach from this world. That doesn't interfere with how your dreamstreaming works or what you do in it. You are just dehabituating yourself from all of the habits that are used on a daily basis to reinforce your belief programming. To do that requires at least three steps:

1. you have to disregard everything you see, everything at all times, as just an image in a mind and therefore not real. Make it so that everything percievable is meaningless to you. Only the Mego asigns meanings to symbols. You're IN this world, but not OF this world. You're above it. The eye of the storm in the whirling and noisy maddness. So start practicing that in all of your thoughts and movements throughout the day. Then you are consciously deprogramming yourself of all of the agreed upon meaning to the symbols that are percieved by whatever perception apparatus: nose, ear, touch, mouth, eye.

2. begin cultivating a deeper understanding of One. I don't use the word oneness, because that word speaks approximation when ONE is Absolute. I don't use the word 'one with', as everybody always does, because that implies there are two things. You can't be both ONE and One With."
