Some Sony brands have a second camera within the monitor. I accidently turned mine on onetime. Im not talking about the web cam, Mines always taped up. Theres a second camera inside the monitor screen. This isnt private info too, Its public knowledge. Just not spoken of much and not many people know.

I just taped it up too.. wonder if the SOUND is RECORDING every word my hubby and I say... we just made love a little while.. wonder if they caught that... it is in my bedroom.

Even if you taped up your built in webcam, theres a SECOND one behind the Screen, and few of you would know where to find it, or know how to disengage it. Youd have a big piece of tape on your screen if you wanted to block it and knew where it was, lol

I switched to Toshiba cause of the Hidden Second Sony Camera...

Taping would do no good cause theres a SECOND CAMERA. I turned the second one on accidently AFTER I taped up the first one. I sound like a broken record, no one believes me, your actions are for naught.

Yes, the Screen has a video. Youd never know where it is..I was waving to myself and I was like wow. and I forgot to locate it to tape up my screen,

And 1/3rd of Televisions in the UK was to have cameras too.

I dont know if the cameras inside the television were built in yet for the USA..., Probaly..

Just dont scratch yourself and pig out or have sex while watching tv either, They can see you thru the tv now.

I totally forgot...It was a accident, I was like WTF ???? and looked it up and sure enough, my model was built with a second camera. It said it was only supposed to be sold to businesses, but It was sold to me at the store, a consumer.

It was years ago, I dont have that Sony anymore, Just a Toshiba... So I dont care now... But it was freaky .

You can turn off the camera and microphone in the control panel.

One time I was told this couple had a silent skirmish..there were no loud shouts, just a mini spousal wrestling match... and the Cops still showed up cause THEY KNEW. they never knocked at the door, but just parked there until the couple stopped shoving eachother.. Then they drove away when the man and woman got spooked and started to behave.
