I dont think that our own military will fire on us due to the fact that obama administration just signed a deal with canada that with is either country breaks out in civil unrest the canadian forces would come here and or our forces would go there. With that being said. I think under the patriot act posse comatatis is nullified and the military is alowed to fire on its own citezens
