So you're saying that Mr. Riley knew about a "secret infrared telescope" that he knows was launched by JPL, he even knows what the name was, and it secretly "discovered planet x" which was then publicly published in multiple major papers despite coming from a completely secret and unknown satellite that for some reason no amateur satellite hunter could detect. Do you think your posts through before you post them or do you just let it fly? Show me proof Riley's proof that JPL was operating an infrared telescope called the "Infrared Electronic Telescope" in 1981. It doesn't exist, he's pulling crap out of his rear.
