Just got back from the grocery. I was behind a lady with 3 kids. She went to use her food stamp card and the cashier told her that EBT was has been suspended through the entire state of PA. and she couldn't use her card.

I asked the cashier what the deal was and he said he wasn't sure but he did know it was the entire state of PA.

And so it begins.
