UK Government 'LOSES' UFO files!
Intelligence papers on a reported UFO sighting known as the "Rendlesham incident" have gone missing, files from the National Archives reveal.

The missing files relate to a report of mysterious lights from US servicemen at RAF Woodbridge in Suffolk in 1980.

The disappearance came to light with the release of 8,000 previously classified documents on UFOs.

Officials found a "huge" gap where defence intelligence files relating to the case should be, the papers show.
Russian rocket

The documents are the latest MoD files on UFOs released into the National Archives which will be free to access on its website for a month.

I will add this bit to your thread if you dont mind.

The Telegraph newspaper (uk) reports that UFO files HAVE been released but make zero mention of any lost files.

What they don't report is often very telling.

To me, that proves the validity of the case. Too many reputable witnesses not to mention the binary code the guy recalled after all these years! And the decoded message...WOW!

Yep, they purposely "lost" those files. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

I mentioned on the other thread "I wonder what the real size of the files should be" and "I wonder how many have been shredded".
I downloaded a few of the files, they deny the existence and say that they only look into such claims incase they are foreign aircraft.

Why do you make assumptions about extra-terrestrial life? Of all things to make assumptions about, that's one you shouldn't make any on.

There IS evidence ET has visited - this is fact, whether or not you find it believable.

Re: UK Government 'LOSES' UFO files!
I've recently been studying the Rendlesham forest incident at the open request of earthfiles for a programmer to run the 12 pages of binary code that the subject was compelled to write down in a notebook the same night of the incident.

This is the email I sent them:

To whom it may concern,

I have developed a 7 bit and 8 bit filter to apply to Penniston's "binary" code. It was a challenging task but I have developed a routine that will run a specified sting of binary against a 7 bit filter and 8 bit filter every Nth bits.

I could explain how it works but its probably better to explain the issues still present. Because, there seem to be random number of bits thrown into the correct 8 bit format, trying to instruct the computer to disregard some characters it finds while having it include others is a daunting task. The whole idea for this routine was to allow it to be as universal as possible to achieve the request of moving the front ascii bit to the end of the entire binary string and repeating the process. The problem with universality is that its impossible for the computer to know when to include the 7 bit or the 8 bit it may find with the same section of binary. Listing both only serves to completely scramble any message.

Of course, I can change the program to any standards necessary but I have already run the full 7 and 8 bit filters on every possible binary configuration by moving the front bit to the back and applying filters. Rinse repeat. The message is not as clear as the professors hand analysis, but its the only one I know of that can handle incorrectly (and apparently randomly) sequenced binary with a high success rate.

Here is an example:

Penniston's binary as he wrote it ( the ~ are the escape characters made to be easier to read)

QVAN9HhNURTHCOODINATECONTINUOTUQSCbPRBEFOREEXPLORATIONOGHUMANITY6lg100520942532N13131269WCONTISUOUSQORPLANETARY

I have 916 results total because the length of the binary was 916.

I would be VERY interested to transcribe the remaining 7 pages so that the FULL binary code may be run. I can give you full access to the results. I can even set it up to run through the different versions of 8 bit binary (space parity, mark parity, even parity, odd parity, no parity (true 7 bit)). This is already coded and only needs to be turned on.

If you'd like, we can discuss this program I created in much further detail. Please let me know if I could be of service.

I have not received a response from earthfiles and recently both mine and my wife's separate bank accounts (with separate instituitons) were locked.....

They have not gone missing. The government has taken steps to eliminate the risk of further leaks of sensitive material. They have begun moving such documents to where Obama keeps his birth certificate!
