That's interesting. Actually quite a few things are not adding up, but it's not like the first this has happened. But I do admit to be in very deep thought lately..deeper than I have ever been before. You may be onto something here.

My father had the same problem and then one day he woke up with everything on that side of the face sagging... they thought it was stroke but after many tests they found that he had a congenital illness called Myostemia Gravis...

Stress? Could be..but potassium deficiency seems unlikely given the fact that I have a diet rich in potatoes, bananas, etc. Unless I'm not absorbing it somehow, I don't know. All I know is that twitching is alarmingly intense.

I had the same thing... it was lack of sleep... coffee in the morning and beer at night... I stopped drinking at night... try and limit myself to 1 cup of coffee in the morning plus an extra hour sleep... also stopped worrying about things so much
