Guten Tag LNTY : )

Looks like 1538 may have helped pop off a CME toward the end of this 48Hr Mpeg [link to sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov] 1538 for those popping through is in the Bottom-Right of the Screen as you look at it.

Still no C2 or C3 updates.

This will make little sense as it is in Japanese but I am posting it to make a point, why on Earth don't NASA et al. produce small video ditties like this for the younger generations, afterall they are supposed to be for the benefit of understanding for the good People who pay their Taxes to these, excuse my French,Total Assholes who hog all good Space Data and important findings.

[link to www.youtube.com]

The brilliant NICT doing their part to help enlighten the Japanese Youth on all things of Solar/Earth importance, exactly what shitty fat assholes at NASA should be doing also..but I suppose they benefit from mass stupid in the long run.

Morning all,

:sunTodAug102012:

[link to cesar.kso.ac.at]

New region 1544(circled) was numbered overnight and is a DAI Beta type group at 70 millionths in size.

It is located at 30 degrees south of the solar equator, which is unusual for this stage of the sunspot cycle.

Region 1543 increased in size slightly but also increased in magnetic complexity to a Beta-Gamma type group. Also, region 1542 continued to increase in size.

We count eleven C class solar flares yesterday, most from region 1542 but new region 1544 produced also a couple

A large coronal hole will rotate into view on the east limb soon (yellow arrows, from the pole due to the centre of the disc)

1544s location is unusual, but thats par for the course with this sun cycle. It will be interesting to see if anymore drop this low. If Dec., is the date they are shooting for those spots should be tightening right along the equatorial line.

That coronal hole coming around is covering alot of ground, should get a strong stream from this one!

Thanks IWTB for your info, always good stuff

Thread: Japanese scientist predicts another major earthquake in Japan by 2017 -Japanese news!!!

"For 2 consecutive years, lots of rumors concerning big earthquakes and pole shifts caused by a celestial object to occur around the date of August 17 has been circulating on the internet from sources like John Moore and Mike Harris (Nibiru Aug 17 2012) and Pattie Brassard (Mag 15 quake Aug 17 2013).....Is there in any way a chance that the real date could actually be this year? .....August 17-27 2014????" ----Solar Guardian

Just running through quickly then I'll be back..awesome Picture 88 and great sleuthing, nice work hey!?

Great to see that you are in here more again IWantaBeer : )

I just thought I'd post the series of images leading up to 88's 'Doom on' [link to sohodata.nascom.nasa.gov] it looks like quite a powerful punched ball of Plasma right there, stays in a ball for quite a nice little hang time : )

Right,must pop back out quick-sharp.
