I think there is a documentary about a Jaguar carved into a Mountain from which the 2012 eclipse in particular will be the most complete at.

Bingo, Isis thats it. An Island or something on the coast and as the eclipse came around the jaguar would have full view of it. The jaguar representing royalty of some sort. THANK YOU! it was going to bother me forever

Hi El Q, The gamma ray site doesn't always update live. I've seen them post a grb as much as days AFTER an event. So you will have to keep checking it to test your hunch.

I typed in polynesian island jaguar eclipse mountain and got this site, it debunks the docu evidently. I'm going to go back and read it now.

This link show the path of the total eclipse, looks pretty close to those Islands off Chile, maybe the tilt or wobble effect altered the Mayans original calculations.

Zoom out for whole path, it feels like a very interesting geometric (almost) sine wave to me, very pretty.

Easily could be sine wave(in signature) in its movement as chile is in direct line. Its full amplitude would be unknown but you picked up on its drop to rise ratio quickly,good mind on you Isis!

Thanks Shad, you're very sweet. I have a couple of brain cells working today. Also Shad, that video on the thread about the unidentified substance leaking in the gulf was pretty interesting don't you think? He thinks the waste of the synthetic bacteria is contributing to these issues with the well caps. It seems also, that they could be consuming the oil as well as an unintended consequence. Wouldn't it be funny if those synthetic bacteria siphoned off all the earths oil? We would be inundated by the phlemmy by-product, yuk!

Just a thought but wondering if the byproduct from the bacteria eating the oil could be methane? It just can't consume and not have something to expel? Just a thought..

i wish i could see this eclipse.
i did see the one in '91. i stood out in the lava desert on the big island of hawaii during a total eclipse.
heck we were taking gas reading in the creator that erupted during the last hawaii war...there are still several hundred year old foot prints out there from the warriors.

it has to have been one of the freaky weirdest days of my life.

actually things were weird for 2 weeks.

this was the time when i understood what was coming.
when i first knew what this years could mean.

oh, hippy geologists and dead heads that never left that big island.

to talk about our solar system, the sun, the moon. at night going down to the lava flow and seeing the GLOW.

we would go to the cliff and watch the lava fly out of the tunnel and fall into the ocean.
then one day the cliff was gone....that day i stood on a black sand beach that was barely 1 week old.

i stood there and i truly knew...i knew how life was a circle.
the beginning is an ending.
an ever changing cycle in an ever changing universe.
