Michio on Fox News said Hurricane from hell over the weekend. Thankfully it is not headed for Earth but expect next year could be bad. Talking about the North/South pole on sun reverse. Talking how bad it could affect Earth if was direct hit. Wondering if we will see more and more of this type of things coming out of MSM??

Reminder, there is a CME impact forecasted to occur today. I never looked into it but I assume it is the sideswipe from the mega East facing CME a few days ago.

Hi Mia, I'm not sure I understand....do you mean a CME that could hit earth from a pole reversal? Like the big one that dodged us from the other day? Or is there some new space hurricane I have not heard of, thanks.

He basically said what we already know here. He talked about the Carrington Event and how another event like that would affect us because of our modern electronic society. He mentioned how the sun reversed poles each solar max and that we might have more huge flares/CMEs as we move into the max. Now something he said, while he and the interviewer were actually talking at the same time, was interesting. He said another Carrington event is unlikely, but could happen. I don't even know if the interviewer heard him say that because they really were talking at the same time, but I caught it. However I'm not sure why he said it is unlikely because there is no way to predict it. In my humble opinion, it could happen in 1000 years or happen tomorrow.

It isn't my intention to speak for mia, but hours had gone by since you asked and I figured she wasn't around to answer. Mia may have a totally different take on what he said, but he really didn't say anything new that we've not discussed here many times....in my opinion.

I am sorry. I was typing all that while he was speaking. I just now realized I never said he was speaking of the CME, I think from the 16th. You know the big one. He called it a hurricane from hell on the sun. I will see if maybe it's on there news link.

I found it interesting also. I made a point of watching it when I heard he was coming on. I'm glad you found the link. I had recorded it but had deleted it.

It was at 2:08 that he said it was an unlikely event. I thought he had said it while the interviewer was talking, but I was incorrect. It may be 'unlikely' but it certainly is possible, in my opinion.

The sun just did something, not sure what. Just posting here to give a heads up on the monitors to see what just happened. I caught it on my antenna array so am wondering what the signal is according to what the sun did.

Thanks for the links, though I don't really trust Michio Kaku... there's something about that guy

I'm pretty sure he just tacked that on there to make the whole thing a bit easier to swallow. You don't just go on MSM and talk about global catastrophes without holding the audiences hand and giving them a reassuring pat on the head. Otherwise it wouldn't be MSM! :)

Not sure what El Q, other than we are due for a little geomagnetic disturbance to hit anytime now from the glancing cme of the 16th. I do see the bz is south though, so maybe some solar wind is getting through.
