I'm not sure if I understand your question.. I am aware of the person on YouTube, but I am not him and the images are from SDO AIA 171 angstrom imager within the last few hours.. if that helps :-)

^^thats my intent too! thats where we came from. also is the most radiation free zone due to spin of earth. im near completed preps to start exploring... probably s.e.asia first as that looks biologically the most fitting for our Design, if not maybe equatorial africa.

There are some quite loosely bound Filaments in this movie [link to sdodata.oma.be] I'm thinking the Filament that is protruding from 1664 is maybe the most precarious.

This shows plasma density peak at 00:00 UT, will it produce anything special?

First of all--Sorry about the wrong day's SOHO images I posted. I was half-asleep and forgot that ONR's "latest images" are now 3 days behind for some reason.

It's been almost 24 hours and still no images from SOHO for the time period of the CME. Huge data gap here. No CACTus and no Lasco SEEDS movies from 17:30z-23:00z. STEREO Behind shows a CME somewhat Earth-directed, so unless proven otherwise, I assume another CME is enroute.

SIDC has sided with NOAA's mistaken claim that the C5.8 flare was produced by 1654-it wasn't. I'm glad to see Solarsoft is sticking to their correction and they (as I've done) supply visual evidence. Here's the caption for their movie of the event-"One GOES 5.8 Two near-simultaneous Source Regions N11E29 w/wave AR 1654 N03W63 w/southward ejecta" It's obvious when you see the movie:

I wonder if the second CME ever got here. The glancing blow may have been a clean miss. Sometimes, tho, the back end gives us some more action. I see the sun has gone back to sleep...oh, well....
