Yes,I was being a twit when I said 'Easy Morning Coffee Read'.

Sorry.

But please,if you have the time please read it through and if you have any questions as to its' validity,I will do my upmost to try and quantify my reasons why this is perfectly legitimate and factual data from which we may have to start all out assumptions from regarding this Max. [link to www.swpc.noaa.gov] and the Future 20-5-/10 Years.

Straight up.

Any questions on this,like I said,fir away.

Temp. Difference [link to www.vukcevic.talktalk.net] Top Right.

'The Future is Cool' lol : )

So many charts and plots [link to www.vukcevic.talktalk.net] .

I personally think we will see(as has been forecast by the AGW fuckers)that we will see wild swings in Climate variability until some kind of equilibrium is achieved and the overall Temp. plummets in the next 15-30 Years.

I have been trying to go through so much of the above work(and trying to process it)that my head is throbbing.

But,the overall direction(if Solar is the main driver)is downward.

As is shown in some of those Graphs etc. above,we have Volcanoes that could change the game or add flavo(u)or any time they want to the overall direction of Climate, this is partly what makes CO2s' potential a living joke.

But,all in all, regardless of what happens down here on Earth,I stand by the 'Landscheidt Minimum' as being now and this Cycle on out [link to www.vukcevic.talktalk.net] as also being minimal, unless something else is at hand!

Another GLP Solar Mystery Solved! Someone please pass this on to BendingTheLight and the others....

Sorry I forgot about this old NASA News story from 2008 (PR for THEMIS Mission) until I saw Spaceweather.com linked to it the other day. This explains why the magnetosphere is extra jumpy around this time of year.....

SPRING IS AURORA SEASON-

It turns out that rope-like magnetic connections between Sun and Earth are favored in springtime. It's a matter of geometry: As Earth goes around in its orbit, Earth's tilted magnetic poles make different angles with respect to the Sun, tipping back and forth with a one-year cadence. Around the time of the equinox, Earth's magnetic field is best oriented for "connecting-up" with the Sun.
But wait, there are two equinoxes, spring and fall, with similar magnetic geometry. Indeed, studies show that fall is aurora season, too. Geomagnetic disturbances are almost twice as likely in spring and fall vs. winter and summer, according to 75 years of historical records analyzed by solar physicist David Hathaway of the Marshall Space Flight Center: diagram.
So, 'tis the season for auroras--and lots of data for THEMIS. Says Sibeck, "we welcome the spring!"

[link to science.nasa.gov]

Yes, indeed, happy Spring to all.

Finally a story about planetary alignments which makes sense to me,LOL.

No kidding. You know after almost 3 years, I have never listened to that. Amazing
I can see how it might be possible for a man to look down upon the earth and be an atheist, but I cannot conceive how a man could look up into the heavens and say there is no God.

AR1703 is soon leaving us but AR1704 is coming to pay a visit.

New Region Arriving in NE-
:1704?:

This region (AR1704?) produced a rather large eruption 2 days ago, so it should be interesting to see it come into full view.

Joint USAF/NOAA Solar Region Summary
SRS Number 82 Issued at 0030Z on 23 Mar 2013
Report compiled from data received at SWO on 22 Mar
I. Regions with Sunspots. Locations Valid at 22/2400Z
Nmbr Location Lo Area Z LL NN Mag Type
1695 N10W79 059 0100 Cao 06 03 Beta
1701 N14W87 067 0030 Hrx 03 02 Alpha
1702 N08W38 018 0040 Dao 04 04 Beta

AR1695 looks to me like it's reversing polarity. It could be a distorted view due to foreshortening or its magnetic fields are shifting rapidly. Here's what it looked like a week ago (top left SS group):

sometimes sounds like underwater and dolphins talking

you can go back on dates of events and listen to what it sounded like that day...

example
2011 03 11

and the day before

and if that date doesnt ring a bell go here [link to www.youtube.com]
